How do you know when to end a relationship?

On the list of top ten questions that I receive from people is "how do you know when it's time to end a relationship?" And while there is no hard & fast rule that applies to everyone's situation, there are a couple pieces of guidance that I often offer to people with this question. So this episode is an expansion to my answer! (fair warning: it might not be what you want to hear, but it will be what you need to hear).
