It's no secret that I love yoga and am a huge advocate for all the many ways that it can improve your physical and mental health. Yoga has had a huge impact on my life, and it brings me so much joy to share that same gift with others. But I often hear resistance from people who are new to yoga about whether it's right for them and where to even begin. There are so many different styles of yoga and approaches to teaching, and each one will resonate with different people for different reasons. In this episode, I break down all the major types of yoga and what they're about so you can make the best decision for your practice.
