Ep. 21: Making Sustainable Longterm Change
Tuesday Oct 08, 2019
Tuesday Oct 08, 2019
This has got to be my favorite solo episode I have done thus far. In episode 21 we dive into the importance of habits and behavior change, and how to create sustainable and impactful change in your life. I break down some of the science and psychology of behavior change, how to make it stick, and how to really start to make your brain work for you rather than against you. Habit formation is truly the foundation of our entire lives, and especially the work that I do with people when it comes to wellness. This episode is important for everyone to hear, for all areas of your life!

Ep.17: Is Intermittent Fasting Really Good For You?
Monday Oct 07, 2019
Monday Oct 07, 2019
One of the most common questions I get asked as a nutritionist is about the benefits of intermittent fasting (or IF). So this episode is a great intro for those of you looking to learn more! I dive into what IF is, how you go about doing it, and what are some of the health benefits as well as some of the potential risks or contraindications. Remember, there is no "one size fits all" when it comes to health and especially nutrition, so you should always strive to listen to your own body above all else!
