Welcome to Episode 1 of Well, Then. I am so happy you are here! First things first, this podcast was formerly known as "Life In Yoga Pants." So, you might recognize a lot of the initial episodes and guest interviews if you were a LIYP listener. But you can also expect lots of great new content coming under this new name moving forward. The themes and intentions are the same, it's just the name that is new!
This new name is a nod to the overarching theme that is present in holistic wellness, that our health is truly the most important thing we have. My goal is to give you all access to unbiased education about holistic wellness so you can be your own best advocate when it comes to your body.
