Tuesday Jan 11, 2022
Tuesday Jan 11, 2022
After a full year off while I navigated the rough waters of chronic Lyme disease and various other challenges, I am so excited to be back and more aligned than ever for season 3 of Well, Then. This is truly a new era for this podcast and for my life, as I continue to step into my power and become more clear on what is important for me to share.
This season you will be hearing a LOT about love. And that is because the majority of my work is focused on love. Self love, relationships, lack of love, creating more love...this is the work that I am most passionate about and so blessed to get to do with my clients and in my businesses. So I am finally bringing that work here to share with all of you!
Thank you so much for listening to this podcast and being apart of my community. It truly makes me so happy to connect with all of you.

Digestive health issues are something that a LOT of people are struggling with these days. Far too many people in my opinion. Unfortunately it is the result of our lifestyles, diet, and the way society is operating. But the good news is, there is a lot that you can do to take your health into your own hands and improve your digestion! Believe me, I know how frustrating it feels to have digestive issues, and I also know how great it feels to heal them.

Getting Rid Of Diet Labels & Restrictive Food Rules
Tuesday Jul 21, 2020
Tuesday Jul 21, 2020
In the last decade of being a part of the wellness industry, I have been through many ups and downs with my own relationship with food, and have seen hundreds of other people struggling with the same issue: restrictive food rules. A lot of times we tend to chase the idea of a "perfect diet" and then strictly adhere ourselves to that diet type without any wiggle room. This dogmatic way of thinking can actually be detrimental to our health long term, and just doesn't make sense for the way our bodies operate.
I am definitely an advocate for following a diet that is rich in whole foods like fruits, veggies, grains, nuts and seeds. But every single person is unique and what works for one person will be different than what works for another. In this episode I dive into some specifics around the harmful consequences of strict diet labels, and how to find more food freedom in your life. This episode is for anyone who else ever felt even the slightest bit obsessive when it comes to food, or anyone who just wants to have a healthier relationship with food in general, and learn the 80/20 rule of eating (which is just about the only rule I recommend following).
