What Is Love Alignment?
Wednesday Jan 19, 2022
Wednesday Jan 19, 2022
All you need is love.
About 6 years ago, my business made a big shift from people coming to me for physical health or appearance reasons, to people coming to me ready to do much deeper work. And it’s no coincidence that it coincided with the chapter in my life where I had been doing much deeper work and going through massive personal transformation. The clients that I serve now usually show up with one of the following concerns: they’re going through a breakup, they’ve been stuck in toxic or unhealthy relationship patterns and want to finally create healthy love in their life, they want to develop their self-worth and self-love, or there’s an imbalance in their health/body/career/relationships/life that they’re ready to get to the root of.
I discovered that it all ultimately comes down to the same thing: they’re out of alignment with the most authentic expression of love in their life. And what’s required is heart opening, emotional healing and alignment therapy. So that’s exactly what I do. I hold the space for them to create the love they really want to experience in their life. And this episode will introduce you to my healing philosophy of love alignment, so you can get some insight into what we'll be explore on the podcast this season!
I have had the honor of seeing so many clients go from dysfunctional patterns and feeling stuck in their pain, to falling in love, getting engaged, getting married, buying homes together, starting families, loving themselves for the first time, and living from a place of authenticity. And it is my absolute passion and joy in life to be a part of these journeys.

Episode 70: A New Season & Direction, Chronic Illness, and Finding Alignment
Tuesday Jan 11, 2022
Tuesday Jan 11, 2022
After a full year off while I navigated the rough waters of chronic Lyme disease and various other challenges, I am so excited to be back and more aligned than ever for season 3 of Well, Then. This is truly a new era for this podcast and for my life, as I continue to step into my power and become more clear on what is important for me to share.
This season you will be hearing a LOT about love. And that is because the majority of my work is focused on love. Self love, relationships, lack of love, creating more love...this is the work that I am most passionate about and so blessed to get to do with my clients and in my businesses. So I am finally bringing that work here to share with all of you!
Thank you so much for listening to this podcast and being apart of my community. It truly makes me so happy to connect with all of you.
